Product Description

General Introduction:
This is a high-tech product, which wins national innovation patent. It is a new type environmental-friendly non-halogen, non-phosphorus fire-retardant polyol, which is used for flexible PU foam.
We have two normal types now, SPPG-280 series and POP-290 series. SPPG-280 is for common flexible foam, and POP-290 is for high-resilient foam. We can customize new types for your special demand. Check details from introduction of SPPG-280 and POP-290.

1. Tested by several professional PU foam manufacturers, it's verified that our polyol can reduce the production cost of PU foam by 2-8%. Meanwhile, the properties of PU foam won't be changed but even will be improved. By graft modification, our polyol can greatly reduce other raw materials, especially fire-retardant agent which are needed for PU foam production. That is how we save your cost.
2. When close to flame, PU foam made of our polyol emits less smoke than others, because ours doesn't need to add any fire-retardant agent. Also, the smoke is white, low-density and nontoxic; Zero VOC, oxygen index 28-36. When approached to flame, the foam surface will turn into black shell shape net and self-extinguish without melting drop. Because of the excellent functions as mentioned above, PU foam made by our polyol can easily reach the requirements of every fire-retarding and environment-protecting authentication.
3. With good technical application and compatibility with other PU raw materials, our product is suitable for molding, slabstock foam formation. And it can be used for producing common, high-resilient flexible foam with different density.
4. PU foam made of our polyol has good opening-celled capacity, anti-scorching, improves and stabilizes the physical and mechanical property of PU foam.
